AmoCRM integration
Connect your company AmoCRM account to link Brain meetings and public bookings with deals in that account.
Connect the app
- Sign in to AI Sales Brain as a company owner or administrator and open Settings → Account.
- Select “Connect AmoCRM”. Brain redirects you to the official AmoCRM authorization page.
- Choose the intended company account, review the requested access, and approve the connection.
- Return to Brain and confirm that Settings shows the correct AmoCRM account name.
Data and actions
- Brain reads account identity, pipelines, deal, contact, and company data only when a tenant feature needs it.
- Brain can link a meeting to a deal and, on an explicit user action, create or update a common Follow-up note.
- A successful public booking can look up a contact by exact email and, when no contact exists, create a contact and deal in the default first stage.
- OAuth tokens and the connected account identity are encrypted and isolated by Brain tenant. Brain does not bulk-import AmoCRM as a local CRM.
Disconnect and delete authorization data
- Open AI Sales Brain Settings → Account and select “Disconnect” in the AmoCRM card.
- Brain deletes the tenant OAuth token family and connected-account metadata. Existing links keep only the external IDs and labels needed for audit, but can no longer call AmoCRM.
- You can also remove WIIN Brain from the installed integrations section in AmoCRM.
- To request deletion of the full Brain tenant and retained records, email info@wiin.agency from an authorized company email.
Troubleshooting
- If authorization is denied, ask an AmoCRM administrator who can install integrations for that account.
- If Settings asks for a reconnect, select “Reconnect AmoCRM” and approve the same company account again.
- If the wrong AmoCRM account was selected, disconnect it in Brain before connecting the intended account.
For help, email info@wiin.agency. Include your Brain account email, tenant name, AmoCRM account name, and approximate error time. Never send passwords, OAuth tokens, or application secrets. Support hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 UTC; first response target: one business day.
